Family Medicine Plan - PMF:

• This plan gives each Palm’s adherent a chance to enjoy free access to the family medical doctors in addition to unlimited number of visits per year.

In case of any state of Emergency:

• Do call Our 24 hour Hotlineat 03/770533 before heading to the hospital for immediate assistance.
• We will provide you with full medical information related to the emergency and the procedures that you should follow.

In case of External Physical Examination (Out-Patients Exams):

• Keep in hand your detailed Physician's report and the list of tests you are intending to take.
• When you get to the laboratory, hand in your physician report, your hospitalization card and a copy of your ID in order to take all the tests needed.
• If the Laboratory insists on contacting PALM for additional information, you shall wait for the approval of the Claims Department before taking the tests.
• To make things easier for you, PALM conveys Laboratory assistance to your home for administering the tests needed and delivers the results to your home the next day.
