Family Doctor

  • Unlimited number of visits to any of the CML'S family doctors network for a participation fee of 8,000 L.L. per visit upon appointments.

Personal Accident

  • Medical Expenses due to an accident.
  • Coverage is limited to $500 per case and a maximum yearly coverage of $5000.

Dental Care

  • The basic Treatments are 100% deductable, including Emergencies, Consultations, Teeth Cleanings, Amalgam and Simple extractions.
  • Any Other treatments are up to 60% deductable, as the coverage also includes plastic treatments such as orthodontics, whitening, implants, etc.
