  • As flight disruptions continue due to the ash cloud from an Icelandic volcano, new measures went into effect at midday Tuesday (May-18) that will let planes fly at higher ash densities than currently permitted.
  • Between Saturday and Monday, when disruptions were greatest, IATA said lost revenues reached $400 million each day.

DAY 1 Cairo

DAY 3 Cairo / Luxor / Nile Cruise
Check out after breakfast and transport to the Cairo Domestic Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arriving to the Luxor Airport, meet and be assisted by an Exclusive representative. Next, be transferred by a deluxe coach to the Nile Cruise for check in. In the afternoon, visit the Karnak and Luxor Temples.

DAY 4 Nile Cruise
In the morning, visit the Valley of the Kings, the Queen Hatchepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon, then sail to Esna.
